Terms of use

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to one-time orders and weekly subscriptions placed through CatCall. The provider is the person identified in the imprint.

2. Service

CatCall sends prepared entertainment facts by SMS to a specified Swiss mobile number. The package, category, language, delivery interval or daily rate, and price are displayed before payment. In MIX mode, the available categories are rotated as evenly as possible.

3. Recipient consent

The customer may provide a destination number only when authorised to use it and when the recipient has consented to receiving the messages. Harassment, threats, deception, bulk sending and any unlawful use are prohibited. Orders, accounts or numbers may be blocked in cases of misuse.

4. Contract and payment

Entries can be reviewed and corrected before payment. A binding order is submitted using the correspondingly labelled payment button and by successfully completing Stripe Checkout. Prices are displayed in CHF. SMS delivery is enabled only after payment has been confirmed.

5. Weekly subscriptions

A weekly subscription renews every week until cancelled. No more than the selected weekly quantity is scheduled for each successfully paid week. The daily rate determines the maximum distribution per 24-hour block but never increases the weekly quantity. Subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe customer portal linked from the dashboard.

6. Coupons

Coupons apply only in the specified mode, period and usage scope. They cannot be applied to weekly subscriptions and may be disabled in cases of misuse.

7. Delivery and technical interruptions

Mobile networks and external service providers may delay or reject delivery. CatCall processes technical status notifications but cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time. In the event of a verifiable technical failure, an appropriate remedy, such as redelivery or a refund for the affected part of the service, will be considered.

8. Blocking

Recipients can block their number directly through Block a number. Pending messages will no longer be sent; associated subscriptions are ended according to the displayed subscription status.

9. Content and liability

The facts are for entertainment and do not constitute professional advice. Exclusions and limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory claims remain unaffected.

10. Privacy

Details are provided in the privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
